Valley Estate Broker, A real estate company based in Shanghai with numerous amounts of properties and clients approached Dephlex Creatives via referrals for a complete redesign of their old website. Dephlex took on this project because, like many of our projects, this would yet catapult us into a whole new sector of the web building game and frankly broaden the scope of our portfolio.
This website yet again becomes a trailblazer in its wake as it’s the first real-estate oriented website created by our team of developers. This site posed numerous challenges when commenced. Using the Divi theme which is normally our go-to theme for most websites we create, would require us to integrate the functionalities of a third party software called Toolset. This helped in the implementation of the website a whole lot.
Further challenges we met were the integration of the maps which was one key factor in the development of the website as it was paramount to the findings and locations of our client’s properties. Using Google maps and Openstreet APIs were avenues which our team explored but the kickback was that, users in Mainland China would require VPNs to access the mapping services on the website as this company is based in Mainland China where services such as Google Maps are hard to use.
Valley Estate Broker went live after a successful job created by Dephlex Creatives which entails of a much sophisticated outlook and designs yet carrying out its main objective which is to get users to book listings and find apartments and houses of their choice. Drawing inspirations from child themes created by other WordPress developers, The team was able to use those blueprints laid before us by other talented community of developers to build a unique real-estate website which fully performs its task.
